Introduction

Create easy access to flues, ducts, plumbing, central heating manifolds, sanitary fittings, security devices, and more with Drywall Master click lock access panels. The access door is made from galvanised steel with a white powder-coated finish, using only the most durable materials to keep your drywall in place. It has a continuous one-piece frame with a soft end profile to provide a seamless fit to the plaster-board background. The frame on this inspection hatch is fitted with 4 riveted adjustable fixing arms for ease of installation. The locking mechanisms are two spring-loaded latches that open and close by applying pressure to the latch side of the door. Doors are also detachable for increased access. These panels provide access to services in plasterboard walls and ceilings. The panel is fitted by cutting a hole to receive the panel 5mm larger than the panel. The panel is then secured by fixing through the Adjustable fixing arms into joists, timber or metal studs or to a timber pattress.
